If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging if approved for return.
